تيسير الكريم الرحمنThis is the Arabic text of a classical tafsīr as the Quranic Universal Library (QUL, by Tarteel) has it, taken through the open copy of QUL’s data that spa5k/tafsir_api keeps. QUL does not say which printed edition it follows and states no licence for the texts, so the right to show them is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book or a manuscript, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there. Where the text carries a note of an editor’s, in double brackets, it is shown as it stands. There is no translation yet.

أَمْ تَسْـَٔلُهُمْ خَرْجًا فَخَرَاجُ رَبِّكَ خَيْرٌ ۖ وَهُوَ خَيْرُ ٱلرَّٰزِقِينَ 72
{72} أي: أَوَ مَنَعَهم من اتِّباعك يا محمد أنَّك تسألُهم على الإجابة أجراً؛ {فهم من مَغۡرَم مُثۡقَلون}: يتكلَّفون من اتِّباعك بسبب ما تأخُذُ منهم من الأجرِ والخراج، ليس الأمر كذلك. {فخراجُ ربِّك خيرٌ وهو خير الرازقينَ}: وهذا كما قال الأنبياءُ لأممهم: {يا قوم لا أسألُكُم عليه أجراً إنۡ أجرِيَ إلاَّ على الله}؛ أي: ليسوا يدعون الخلق طمعاً فيما يُصيبهم منهم من الأموال، وإنَّما يدعونَهم نُصحاً لهم وتحصيلاً لمصالحهم، بل كان الرسلُ أنصحَ للخلق من أنفسهم، فجزاهُم اللهُ عن أممهم خيرَ الجزاءِ، ورزَقَنا الاقتداء بهم في جميع الأحوال.
