This is a translation of Tafsīr as-Saʿdī as IslamHouse.com publishes it at saadi.islamenc.com, read from that site’s pages. ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ ٱتَّبَعُوا۟ ٱلْبَـٰطِلَ وَأَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ ٱتَّبَعُوا۟ ٱلْحَقَّ مِن رَّبِّهِمْ ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ يَضْرِبُ ٱللَّهُ لِلنَّاسِ أَمْثَـٰلَهُمْ 3
(3) Причина такого великого преуспеяния в том, что они исповедовали истину и вы- полняли предписания Священного Корана. Это Писание было ниспослано от их Господа, Который осенил их Своей милостью и окружил заботой. Он воспитал их в духе любви к истине, и они последовали ей и добились успеха во всех своих де- лах. А поскольку избранный ими путь вечен, как вечен Аллах, то и награда, ко- торой Он одарит их, будет вечной и нескончаемой. Так Он разъясняет рабам, кто из них творит добро, а кто сеет зло, и учит их узнавать и различать тех и других, «дабы погиб тот, кто погиб при полной яснос- ти, и дабы выжил тот, кто выжил при полной ясности» (8:42).
