Al-Jaathiya

ذَٰلِكُم بِأَنَّكُمُ ٱتَّخَذْتُمْ ءَايَـٰتِ ٱللَّهِ هُزُوًا وَغَرَّتْكُمُ ٱلْحَيَوٰةُ ٱلدُّنْيَا ۚ فَٱلْيَوْمَ لَا يُخْرَجُونَ مِنْهَا وَلَا هُمْ يُسْتَعْتَبُونَ 35
(35) Это наказание постигло вас в воздаяние за то, что вы насмехались над знамения- ми Аллаха. Как вы могли отнестись подобным образом к тому, над чем вам сле- довало серьезно задуматься и чему следовало искренне обрадоваться? Вы посту- пили так, потому что предались мирским удовольствиям и наслаждениям, пыта- лись найти в них радость и покой и трудились только ради них, позабыв о вечной жизни после смерти. Ныне вам не предоставят отсрочку и вас не вернут в пре- жнюю жизнь, чтобы вы могли покаяться и начать совершать добрые дела.
