Fussilat
This is a translation of Tafsīr as-Saʿdī as IslamHouse.com publishes it at saadi.islamenc.com, read from that site’s pages. فَأَرْسَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ رِيحًا صَرْصَرًا فِىٓ أَيَّامٍ نَّحِسَاتٍ لِّنُذِيقَهُمْ عَذَابَ ٱلْخِزْىِ فِى ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا ۖ وَلَعَذَابُ ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ أَخْزَىٰ ۖ وَهُمْ لَا يُنصَرُونَ 16
(16) Аллах наслал на адитов ветер безумной силы, который издавал ужасный шум, похожий на раскаты грома. Он бушевал над ними по воле Аллаха в злополучные дни, и поэтому Всевышний сказал: «Он заставил его бушевать над ними в тече- ние семи ночей и восьми дней без перерыва, и ты мог бы увидеть людей, которые были повержены, словно рухнувшие сгнившие пальмовые стволы» (69:7). Этот ураган погубил адитов, и от их могущественного народа не осталось ничего, кро- ме их жилищ. Так они были унижены и опозорены в глазах других народов, а на- казание в Последней жизни будет еще более ужасным, и никто не избавит их от этого наказания, и сами они уже ничем не смогут исправить свое положение.
