Al-Muminoon

وَلَقَدْ أَخَذْنَـٰهُم بِٱلْعَذَابِ فَمَا ٱسْتَكَانُوا۟ لِرَبِّهِمْ وَمَا يَتَضَرَّعُونَ 76
(76) Комментаторы отмечали, что под наказанием в этом аяте подразумеваются семь голодных лет, которые выпали на долю язычников. Аллах подверг их такому ис- пытанию, чтобы они уверовали и смирились перед Ним. Однако это не принес- ло им пользы, поскольку ни один из них не встал на путь спасения, не смирил- ся перед Аллахом и не признал своей зависимости от Него. Они унизились перед Ним лишь на время, но очень скоро позабыли об этом, словно несчастье никогда не постигало их. Они предпочли по-прежнему исповедовать неверие и заблужде- ние, но не приняли во внимание то, что впереди их ожидает наказание, от кото- рого нет избавления. И поэтому далее Всевышний сказал:
