Ar-Ra'd
This is a translation of Tafsīr as-Saʿdī as IslamHouse.com publishes it at saadi.islamenc.com, read from that site’s pages. هُوَ ٱلَّذِى يُرِيكُمُ ٱلْبَرْقَ خَوْفًا وَطَمَعًا وَيُنشِئُ ٱلسَّحَابَ ٱلثِّقَالَ 12
(12) Люди опасаются того, что молнии могут погубить их, повредить их жилища, по- губить урожай или нанести им прочий урон. Но в то же время они надеются на то, что непогода принесет им пользу, потому что тяжелые облака проливают на зем- лю дождь, который так необходим как творениям, так и земле.
