Al-Balad
This is a translation of Tafsīr as-Saʿdī as IslamHouse.com publishes it at saadi.islamenc.com, read from that site’s pages. The site does not say who translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no terms for taking its text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there; a verse the site gives no commentary of its own stands with the passage before it, and the index names each such verse. أَلَمْ نَجْعَل لَّهُۥ عَيْنَيْنِ 8 وَلِسَانًا وَشَفَتَيْنِ 9 وَهَدَيْنَـٰهُ ٱلنَّجْدَيْنِ 10
(8-10) Kemudian Allah سبحانه وتعالى menegaskannya dengan berbagai nikmat seraya berfirman, ﴾ أَلَمۡ نَجۡعَل لَّهُۥ عَيۡنَيۡنِ 8 وَلِسَانٗا وَشَفَتَيۡنِ 9 ﴿ "Bukankah Kami telah memberikan kepadanya dua buah mata, lidah, dan dua buah bibir," untuk keindahan, penglihatan, untuk berbicara, dan manfaat-manfaat penting lainnya. Semua ini adalah kenikmatan dunia. Selanjutnya Allah سبحانه وتعالى berfirman tentang kenikmatan agama, ﴾ وَهَدَيۡنَٰهُ ٱلنَّجۡدَيۡنِ ﴿ "Dan Kami telah menunjukkan kepadanya dua jalan," yaitu jalan kebaikan dan keburukan. Kami menjelaskan antara petunjuk dan kesesatan padanya. Kenikmatan-kenikmatan besar ini mengharuskan manusia untuk menunaikan hak-hak Allah سبحانه وتعالى serta bersyukur atas segala nikmatNya, serta tidak digunakan untuk mendurhakai Allah سبحانه وتعالى.
