This is a translation of Tafsīr as-Saʿdī as IslamHouse.com publishes it at saadi.islamenc.com, read from that site’s pages. The site does not say who translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no terms for taking its text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there; a verse the site gives no commentary of its own stands with the passage before it, and the index names each such verse. رَّبِّ ٱغْفِرْ لِى وَلِوَٰلِدَىَّ وَلِمَن دَخَلَ بَيْتِىَ مُؤْمِنًا وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنَـٰتِ وَلَا تَزِدِ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ إِلَّا تَبَارًۢا 28
(28) ﴾ رَّبِّ ٱغۡفِرۡ لِي وَلِوَٰلِدَيَّ وَلِمَن دَخَلَ بَيۡتِيَ مُؤۡمِنٗا ﴿ "Ya Rabbku! Ampunilah aku, ibu bapakku, orang yang masuk ke rumahku dengan beriman," Nabi Nuh عليه السلام menyebut mereka secara khusus untuk menegaskan hak mereka dan mengedepankan kebaikan mereka. Selanjutnya Nabi Nuh عليه السلام berdoa secara umum seraya berkata, ﴾ وَلِلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ وَٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتِۖ وَلَا تَزِدِ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ إِلَّا تَبَارَۢا ﴿ "Dan semua orang yang beriman laki-laki dan perempuan, dan janganlah Engkau tambahkan bagi orang-orang yang zhalim itu selain kebinasaan," yakni kerugian, kehancuran, dan kebinasaan.
Selesai tafsir Surat Nuh. Segala puji hanya milik Allah سبحانه وتعالى semata.
