Al-Ma'aarij

إِلَّا ٱلْمُصَلِّينَ 22 ٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ عَلَىٰ صَلَاتِهِمْ دَآئِمُونَ 23
(22-23) ﴾ إِلَّا ٱلۡمُصَلِّينَ ﴿ "Kecuali orang-orang yang mengerjakan shalat," yakni mereka yang disifati dengan sifat-sifat tersebut, di mana bila mereka diberi kebaikan, mereka bersyukur kepada Allah سبحانه وتعالى dan menginfakkan sebagian pemberian Allah سبحانه وتعالى, (sebaliknya) bila mereka tertimpa kesusahan, mereka bersabar dan mengharap-kan pahala dari Allah سبحانه وتعالى. Allah سبحانه وتعالى berfirman tentang sifat-sifat me-reka, ﴾ ٱلَّذِينَ هُمۡ عَلَىٰ صَلَاتِهِمۡ دَآئِمُونَ ﴿ "Yang mereka itu tetap mengerjakan shalat-nya," yaitu menjalankan secara kontinu pada waktunya dengan syarat-syarat serta (sunnah-sunnah) yang menyempurnakannya. Tidak seperti orang-orang yang tidak mengerjakannya atau hanya mengerjakan sebagian waktu saja maupun dilakukan secara tidak sempurna.
