This is a translation of Tafsīr as-Saʿdī as IslamHouse.com publishes it at saadi.islamenc.com, read from that site’s pages. The site does not say who translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no terms for taking its text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there; a verse the site gives no commentary of its own stands with the passage before it, and the index names each such verse. Sabīl did not write or translate any of it.

لَّهُۥ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ وَإِلَى ٱللَّهِ تُرْجَعُ ٱلْأُمُورُ 5
(5) ﴾ لَّهُۥ مُلۡكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ ﴿ "KepunyaanNya-lah kerajaan langit dan bumi," kerajaan, makhluk, dan hamba. Allah سبحانه وتعالى mengatur semuanya sesuai dengan yang dikehendaki berupa takdir dan syariat yang berlaku berdasarkan hikmah rabbani. ﴾ وَإِلَى ٱللَّهِ تُرۡجَعُ ٱلۡأُمُورُ ﴿ "Dan kepada Allah-lah dikembalikan segala urusan," segala pekerjaan dan perbuatan. Semua manusia akan memperlihatkan amalannya kepada Allah سبحانه وتعالى dan Allah سبحانه وتعالى membedakan antara yang buruk dan yang baik, ke-mudian orang yang berbuat baik dibalas karena kebaikannya dan yang berbuat buruk dibalas karena keburukannya.
