Al-Ghaafir

يَـٰقَوْمِ إِنَّمَا هَـٰذِهِ ٱلْحَيَوٰةُ ٱلدُّنْيَا مَتَـٰعٌ وَإِنَّ ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةَ هِىَ دَارُ ٱلْقَرَارِ 39
(39) ﴾ يَٰقَوۡمِ إِنَّمَا هَٰذِهِ ٱلۡحَيَوٰةُ ٱلدُّنۡيَا مَتَٰعٞ ﴿ "Hai kaumku, sesungguhnya kehidupan ini hanyalah kesenangan," disenangi dan dinikmati hanya sebentar saja, lalu terputus dan sirna. Maka janganlah kalian tertipu atau terpedaya dari tujuan kalian diciptakan. ﴾ وَإِنَّ ٱلۡأٓخِرَةَ هِيَ دَارُ ٱلۡقَرَارِ ﴿ "Dan sesungguhnya akhirat itulah negeri yang kekal," yang menjadi tempat tinggal, tempat kedamaian, dan ketentraman. Maka hendak-nya kalian mengutamakannya dan melakukan amalan untuknya yang dapat membuat kalian bahagia di dalamnya.
