This is a translation of Tafsīr as-Saʿdī as IslamHouse.com publishes it at saadi.islamenc.com, read from that site’s pages. The site does not say who translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no terms for taking its text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there; a verse the site gives no commentary of its own stands with the passage before it, and the index names each such verse. ٱصْلَوْهَا ٱلْيَوْمَ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَكْفُرُونَ 64
(64) Kemudian Allah menyempurnakan penjelasan di atas dengan menyuruh mereka masuk neraka. Kepada mereka dikata-kan, ﴾ ٱصۡلَوۡهَا ٱلۡيَوۡمَ بِمَا كُنتُمۡ تَكۡفُرُونَ ﴿ "Masuklah kamu ke dalamnya pada hari ini disebabkan kamu dahulu mengingkarinya." Maksudnya, masuklah kalian padanya, ia akan membakar kalian dan kalian diliputi oleh panasnya hingga mencapai puncak panasnya disebabkan keing-karan kalian terhadap ayat-ayat Allah dan kalian mendustakan Rasul-rasulNya.
