This is a translation of Tafsīr as-Saʿdī as IslamHouse.com publishes it at saadi.islamenc.com, read from that site’s pages. The site does not say who translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no terms for taking its text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there; a verse the site gives no commentary of its own stands with the passage before it, and the index names each such verse. إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَـٰلِمُ غَيْبِ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ عَلِيمٌۢ بِذَاتِ ٱلصُّدُورِ 38
(38) Setelah Allah menjelaskan balasan bagi para penghuni dua negeri akhirat (surga dan neraka) dan menjelaskan amal per-buatan kedua golongan (penghuninya), maka Allah memberita-kan tentang kemahaluasan ilmu dan pengetahuanNya atas segala yang ghaib di langit dan di bumi yang tidak dapat diketahui oleh pandangan mata manusia dan oleh pengetahuan mereka; dan bahwa sesungguhnya Allah سبحانه وتعالى mengetahui semua apa-apa yang tersembunyi dan semua yang tersimpan di dalam dada, seperti kebaikan, keburukan, kesucian, dan lain-lain, lalu Dia akan mem-berikan kepada masing-masing orang apa yang berhak ia terima dan menempatkan setiap orang pada tempatnya.
