Al-Qasas

وَلَمَّا بَلَغَ أَشُدَّهُۥ وَٱسْتَوَىٰٓ ءَاتَيْنَـٰهُ حُكْمًا وَعِلْمًا ۚ وَكَذَٰلِكَ نَجْزِى ٱلْمُحْسِنِينَ 14
(14) ﴾ وَلَمَّا بَلَغَ أَشُدَّهُۥ ﴿ "Dan setelah Musa cukup umur," dia memiliki kekuatan, akal, dan kedewasaan. Dan hal ini biasanya terjadi kira-kira pada usia 40 (empat puluh) tahun, ﴾ وَٱسۡتَوَىٰٓ ﴿ "dan sempurna," maksudnya, semua permasalahan sudah menjadi sempurna, ﴾ ءَاتَيۡنَٰهُ حُكۡمٗا وَعِلۡمٗاۚ ﴿ "Kami berikan kepadanya hikmah dan pengetahuan." Maksud-nya, hukum-hukum yang bisa dia gunakan untuk dapat mengeta-hui hukum-hukum syariat dan dapat memberikan keputusan di antara manusia, dan ilmu yang cukup banyak. ﴾ وَكَذَٰلِكَ نَجۡزِي ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ ﴿ "Dan demikianlah Kami memberi balasan kepada orang-orang yang ber-buat baik," di dalam beribadah kepada Allah, berbuat baik kepada makhluk Allah. Allah memberi mereka ilmu dan hikmah menurut ihsan yang mereka miliki. Ini membuktikan kesempurnaan sifat ihsannya Nabi Musa عليه السلام.
