An-Naml
This is a translation of Tafsīr as-Saʿdī as IslamHouse.com publishes it at saadi.islamenc.com, read from that site’s pages. The site does not say who translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no terms for taking its text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there; a verse the site gives no commentary of its own stands with the passage before it, and the index names each such verse. Sabīl did not write or translate any of it.

قَالَ نَكِّرُوا۟ لَهَا عَرْشَهَا نَنظُرْ أَتَهْتَدِىٓ أَمْ تَكُونُ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَهْتَدُونَ 41
(41) Kemudian dia berkata kepada orang yang di sekitar-nya, ﴾ نَكِّرُواْ لَهَا عَرۡشَهَا ﴿ "Rubahlah baginya singgasananya," maksudnya, rubahlah ia dengan cara menambah atau menguranginya, dan kita dalam hal ini, ﴾ نَنظُرۡ ﴿ "akan melihat," dengan maksud menguji ke-cerdasan Balqis, ﴾ أَتَهۡتَدِيٓ ﴿ "apakah dia mengenal," yang benar, dan dia benar-benar mempunyai kecerdasan dan kepandaian yang laik dengan kerajaannya, ﴾ أَمۡ تَكُونُ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَهۡتَدُونَ ﴿ "ataukah dia termasuk orang-orang yang tidak mengenal(nya)."
