Al-Furqaan
This is a translation of Tafsīr as-Saʿdī as IslamHouse.com publishes it at saadi.islamenc.com, read from that site’s pages. The site does not say who translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no terms for taking its text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there; a verse the site gives no commentary of its own stands with the passage before it, and the index names each such verse. وَقَالَ ٱلرَّسُولُ يَـٰرَبِّ إِنَّ قَوْمِى ٱتَّخَذُوا۟ هَـٰذَا ٱلْقُرْءَانَ مَهْجُورًا 30
(30) ﴾ وَقَالَ ٱلرَّسُولُ ﴿ "Berkatalah Rasul, seraya menyeru kepada Rabbnya, mengadukan sikap kaumnya yang berpaling dari ajaran yang dibawanya serta sedih atas sikap yang mereka perlihatkan itu, ﴾ يَٰرَبِّ إِنَّ قَوۡمِي ﴿ "Ya Rabbku, sesungguhnya kaumku," yang kepada mereka Engkau mengutusku untuk memberi petunjuk dan me-nyampaikan (risalahMu. Pent.), ﴾ ٱتَّخَذُواْ هَٰذَا ٱلۡقُرۡءَانَ مَهۡجُورٗا ﴿ "telah menjadi-kan al-Qur`an ini sesuatu yang diabaikan," maksudnya, mereka telah berpaling darinya, mengabaikan dan meninggalkannya, padahal yang menjadi kewajiban mereka adalah patuh kepada hukumnya dan menerima aturan-aturannya serta mengikutinya.
