Yunus
This is a translation of Tafsīr as-Saʿdī as IslamHouse.com publishes it at saadi.islamenc.com, read from that site’s pages. The site does not say who translated it or which printed edition it follows, and states no terms for taking its text, so the right to show it is not verified. Nobody has compared it with a printed book, and no scholar has reviewed it. Each passage stands beside the verses it comments on, which are the Qur’ān text of Tanzil, shown as it is there; a verse the site gives no commentary of its own stands with the passage before it, and the index names each such verse. وَإِمَّا نُرِيَنَّكَ بَعْضَ ٱلَّذِى نَعِدُهُمْ أَوْ نَتَوَفَّيَنَّكَ فَإِلَيْنَا مَرْجِعُهُمْ ثُمَّ ٱللَّهُ شَهِيدٌ عَلَىٰ مَا يَفْعَلُونَ 46
(46) Yakni jangan bersedih wahai Rasulullah terhadap orang-orang yang mendustakan itu, jangan terburu-buru karena mereka pasti akan ditimpa azab yang Kami janjikan, bisa di dunia yang kamu melihatnya dan membuat jiwamu tetap tenang, bisa di akhirat sesudah wafat, karena tempat kembali mereka adalah ke-pada Allah, dan Dia memberitahukan apa yang mereka lakukan. Allah mencatatnya walaupun mereka telah melupakannya, Allah Maha Mengetahui segala sesuatu. Ini mengandung ancaman yang berat kepada mereka dan sekaligus hiburan kepada Rasul yang didustakan dan ditentang kaumnya.
